Financial reporting includes an at-a-glance community financial summary for expense management; evaluation, measurement and prediction of revenue based on lease-up; automatic calculation of fixed and variable expenses; labor expenses based on staff increases/decreases; and identification of any areas of opportunity, overspending and non-compliance.

I toured and I liked it a lot. I liked the programs that they had to keep the seniors busy for assisted living. I also liked the apartments that they had. There was the efficiency, the one-bedroom apartment, and the two-bedroom apartment. They were all very updated. They were lovely, lovely apartments. I never saw any assisted living rooms that were actually as nice as these. The staff was very friendly. I met them, and I met the chef that prepared the meals. He was very nice, and he shared menus with me. The menus looked really good, so I liked all of that. They had another room for socializing. They had a popcorn machine in there and different things that they would have during social hours. I liked all of that.

I have been very pleased with how quickly my wife has settled in to The Woodlands and how comfortable she has been with the staff and the routine. She enjoys the activities offered and is encouraged to participate. Meal options look great and she has not complained at all about the food. The facility is bright, spacious, and well lit. She has good relationships with several of the staff members.
