He has successfully managed large, distributed recruiting teams across the U.S., India, and Colombia, implemented scalable hiring frameworks, and modernized recruiting operations through ATS implementations, performance analytics, and process redesign. His leadership has directly driven measurable results, including significant reductions in time-to-fill, improved candidate experience, and increased recruiter productivity.
He holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Business Management and Hospitality Management from Florida State University and is certified in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow and White Belt).
