As chief operating officer for the Midwest, Jackie is working to build the Aviva Senior Living brand throughout the region. Throughout her 25-year career, Jackie has held various leadership positions within the senior housing industry including executive director and regional operations director. The depth of her experience gives her extensive insight into senior housing operations.
Jackie’s vision is to establish a culture where Aviva residents and team members feel valued and caring comes to life by learning as much as possible about the residents while encouraging them to be active and engaged in daily activities.
With a bachelor’s degree in business marketing, and an MBA in healthcare administration from Cleveland State University, Jackie has been serving in the senior living industry for 25 years.
