Lloyd Jones has been successfully investing in, developing, and operating multifamily and senior housing real estate ($1.2B+) for over four decades.

Then the “senior tsunami” arrives, and the focus turns to senior housing- investment and operations. An aggressive acquisition campaign by Lloyd Jones in 2021 adds 11 senior communities to the existing portfolio. And AVIVA Senior Living is born.
